We went to purchase some sarees from the store on 28.03.2026. After returning to our home we found one Saree missing in our packets. I immediately contacted the store. After hearing patiently the person asked me to call after 5 minutes. After 15 minutes I contacted again and was assured that the said Saree was lying with them. On 29.03.2026 I went to the shop and took delivery of the Saree.
My Mother and my Maternal Aunt used to go to this outlet more than 30 years back. We continued our journey after my Mother and Maternal Aunt. But the Legacy also was continuing silently. In today's materialistic world such emphatical attitude towards customer has become rare.

The staff were reluctant to show sarees, horrible behaviour of the staff. They have become so complacent with their status that they have stopped caring about customers. They were getting irritated when we asked to show more varieties.And the attitude was really bad

They don't ask for business, customers gift them their business. Great staff, stock and variety and of course value for money products. Price also standard. During Durga Puja shopping we entered almost late, near to time for closing. But None were restless to close down, but gave their time and attention to complete our shopping. Thanks🙏

Good collection but better management required for keeping shoes and bags... they will provide you token but keeps bigger bag on the floor. It is better to allow people to carry bags if they cannot keep it properly.

Sarees... Sarees... Sarees... You will be amazed to see multiple varieties of sarees here... Quality is too good and the price is reasonable too... Both the floors are full with ample varieties. The staffs are cordial and helpful in selecting the best sarees for your family.

It is an age old organisation of sarees in gariahat area. One can get tant, silk, handloom sarees from low to high range. They have a wide range of stocks. Ladies & gents kurtas are also available here. The shop is spacious and traditional in looking. The staffs are courteous & well behaved. Both cash & card payments are accepting here.
